"Very friendly reception desk, I arrived three hours before check-in and my room was ready and there was an overnight parking spot for me for $40 right outside the entrance, a really good deal, very very easy. I do a lot of overnights in NYC for work and this was a cheap and easy one, a really nice surprise. N/W train a 3 minute walk away, cute coffee shop right across the street, plus a bodega. 5 stars."

"The front desk charged $45 per night, not mentioned on my booking. I was given a $45 voucher for breakfast, a very stingy one - actually the money returned to their restaurant, for a breakfast estimated at less than $10 - and they ask me to pay extra $6.5 only to sit on a table to have my breakfast. "Room was clean and comfortable but no coffee was provided. Hotel includes a “destination fee” but you get $15 to spend in the very overpriced market. Stay was very quiet during the week but was a little bit rowdier on weekend - would recommend asking for a room away from elevators. Area in front of hotel is a little sketch/gross due to the vacant storefront next door attracting homeless and had an overall urine smell. Location was otherwise great."

"We did not get access to our rooms until TEN PM and only after I was on the phone on and off for an hour with a call center somewhere far away. I believe they would have never sent them to me if I didn’t try so hard. THERE ARE NO HUMANS THAT WORK HERE !!! BEWARE "

"Nice hotel, but not what I was expecting for the price. If there were amenities, I didn't notice any. I paid for a better view, and wasn't really happy with what I got, but that may just be how it goes sometimes. I wouldn't stay here again though. I'm positive I could have gotten a hotel better suited to my tastes, probably at a lower price."

"My stay here was a very unique situation. I was not on vacation. I stayed here because my daughter had been discharged from hospital after surgery and we wanted a calm non-chaotic environment for her to do her first week of recuperation. Christina and Walter the front desk staff couldn't be any better. I would give them an A+ plus. I dealt with Christina before I checked in arranging for the appropriate room for my stay and Walter was at the hotel every single day that I was there and just gave the best service, always with a smile always pleasant, always helpful and always happy to help. The front desk staff really made this a great stay."

"This was our third stay. We like the clean rooms with stocked kitchenette, great bathroom and quiet floors. The room size is not huge but there is everything you need. Breakfast is decent, very busy but restocked thoroughly. There’s always coffee and tea in the lobby. Street parking is somewhat available, train station (aka subway) is a 10 minute walk. The only downside is there is nothing to do around the hotel including food options. "
