"Our stay was very good. Easy to park a car and walk to subway. Nice coffee shop nearby. Our request for a higher room was accommodated. We did not try the breakfast because we joined our son. Our only hotel issue was that the room fan did not go on even when we turned the fan symbol to high, and the room was a little too warm. "My stay here was a very unique situation. I was not on vacation. I stayed here because my daughter had been discharged from hospital after surgery and we wanted a calm non-chaotic environment for her to do her first week of recuperation. Christina and Walter the front desk staff couldn't be any better. I would give them an A+ plus. "This place is very spacious and nice in the Upper East Side. Check in is so easy, and there is luggage storage for before and after stay. The kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking. TVs and air in every room and comfortable beds. The place was very clean, just the walls could use a little refresh with all the luggage in and out. Happy we stayed here!"
