"Sheraton really disappointed me. While I understand that rooms are not always ready when you arrive, to charge guests to hold their bags $6 per item is nothing but a cash grab. Then on top of that, they refused to provide even an hour for a later checkout resulting in us conveniently needing to leave our luggage with them again for a fee and more money for them. It’s a disgusting practice I have never seen before. I grew up with parents in the then Starwood chain and it’s really sad to see this brand of hotels turn into this."

"Staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious, the restaurant Bond 45 was excellent. The only thing is that I wanted to purchase the hotel tote bag and nobody could tell me where I can purchase it. "

"A hotel waiting to be closed down. No amenities, no bar, no restaurant, no coffee /tea in room, ridiculously expensive shop in the lobby. Being knocked down in late 26/27."

"The AC didn’t work over the weekend and there was construction happening in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay but it was a simple utility that didn’t takeaway or enhance our experience. Very neutral experience."

"For a hotel at this level there should be coffee and tea in the room or free coffee stations in the lobby. To expect guest to pay for tea or coffee is not commendable."
