"Great location. Room was small but well designed with lots of handy features. Super comfy bed! Hotel was spotless, gym was great, staff were friendly & helpful. Small on site bar was cute too. Could not fault a thing about the place. Would definitely stay again & recommend. Loved it!"

"The staff was accommodating to hold our bags before and after check in and check out. They cleaned our room nicely after the first day. They provided various amenities including an extra set of bedding, toiletries, silverware, dining set, ice, and water with fruit. Overall, nice stay for two nights."

"They didn’t have any onsite parking left despite the advertised benefit but they staff guided us to nearby garages. Hotel was clean and staff were available late at night to facilitate check in. My only complaint is the breakfast - the breads / bagels and eggs were stale and dry. Inedible really. But other than that, close enough to Manhattan without having to deal with city traffic."

"The hotel should do its best to help guests with reservations and ask questions to find their reservations. My experience was arriving at the hotel at midnight to check in. Because we had two reservations, one under my wife and one under mine (two nights in total), the employee said she was trying to find our second reservation but could not find it. She did not make an effort to look for my husband's last name, even when we provided it. Unfortunately, she said the only available reservation was...

"Good hotel in Long Island city well located close to metro station. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Great bed."

"The hotel itself is great - seems new, needs comfortable, breakfast good for an American motel. Close to a subway station and only a short ride to Manhattan. The neighborhood was shocking for us. This is in the area of the projects in Queens. It's a very run down area and we didn't feel safe walking during the day let alone after dark."

"I chose to stay at this hotel because of the positive reviews and eye-catching photos online. Unfortunately, after just one night, I DO NOT recommend staying here!! The room looked nothing like the pictures and felt more like a MOTEL than a hotel. While the bed appeared made and the room initially looked tidy, it was clearly not clean. I woke up the next morning to a BED BUG crawling on the bed and multiple BITE MARKS on my back. I reported the issue to the front desk at 7 AM, and not once did...

"This is a small hotel in good condition. Only issues were lack electric plugs (old hotel) and lack of exhaust fan in windowless bathroom. Places to eat were within a couple of blocks. Nearby subway allowed for quick access to JFK or Times Square. Thought hotel was pricey, but that can change with time of year."
