"They use downfall pillows in the hotel this causes allergies to people who are allergic to feathers. Also not willing to do a later checkout past 12 even though the hotel wasn’t even close to capacity."

"The bathroom and carpets were not clean and the room had so much air freshener that I got a headache. I paid for 2 nights but left first thing in the morning due to the smell. I also could not open a window to get fresh air. If I had not arrived so late the first night, I would have left immediately."

"Amazing experience from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the quick check in, friendly staff asking if I needed anything else, and warm cookies upon check in was a great touch! The staff checked in on me with texts and in the lobby to ask if I needed anything while I was in the city several times which I appreciated.
