"I arrived to early and my room was not ready. I went to the hotel restaurant to get some food, when I returned to the front desk the line was so long. I went to the counter to see if my room was ready because if was well after 3:00 pm .. they said my room wasn’t ready. I was very tired so I told them just give me a room with a king size bed. The room they put me in had filthy carpet, television wasn’t working so it had to be replaced. The bathroom toilet kept running when you flush it. Water pressure was low in the tub and at the sink while brushing my teeth. Ice machines were not working on several floors. On my last night I had to call the front desk due to children running in the hallway and other customers talking loud outside my room door. Then to top it off a large 🐜 bug not sure if it was a king size roach was crawling on my wall in my room. I had to get my shoe and kill it! This hotel is not handicap accessible! They need to close and upgrade this hotel. I will never stay here again. I paid too much for a 4 night stay $1, 423.00…. I should be refunded for everything I had to put up with! The only perks were the complimentary breakfast and free admission to Atlantis and Adventure Waterpark. I will be staying at the Warwick when I return it is an all adult resort, no noisey children running around. Hotels.com you need to refund me my money back from this hotel stay. Springbreak vacation gone wrong!!! "
