"Spotless. Courteous. Only stayed one night on the way to another island but no complaints. Ps, if you're calling for a ride from the airport and they do not answer, wait 15 to 30 minutes and call again. They do not pick up the phone while driving and we were a little impatient and ended up paying for a taxi unnecessarily."

"We booked this hotel due to its location. Property was close to almost everything, it's right in the middle of downtown and is walking distance to all spots a tourist would want to go see in Nassau. We saw Junkanoo festival, went back to room once we were done watching with no hassle. One thing to note is it will get very loud on the holidays because you are in downtown. Loud music and city life woke us up between 5am-6am. Great stay overall. "

Enjoyed this better than the high end / high cost experience of the big hotels. Chill vacation without the over the top flash! The beach, Bon Vivant, and Blue Sail restaurant were favorites. "

"The resort is older, but, Staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, Rooms are clean, resort is clean, beach is cleaned daily. Pools are kept clean. Food is delicious. Would definitely go back. "Great water park included, beautiful jazz club, newly renovated room in the west tower, great maid service for our room, nice beaches and vibe. But overall service at the resort is perfunctory at best and in no way indicative of the five star room rates, but I think that’s also just a Bahamas thing. On site restaurants are hard to book, so plan ahead. Food was hit or miss. Leola and Marcus were great. Sugar Factory and Regatta Buffett were very mediocre but just as expensive."
