"Hello, I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts about my recent stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and found the experience pleasant. However, I did encounter a bit of a challenge during the check-in process. When I arrived, there was only one person at the front desk assisting guests. At the same time, a group of women were checking in together and had quite a few questions for the staff member, which understandably took a bit longer to address. As a result, I ended up...

"The hotel staff was unfriendly, and the sheets and furniture were dirty. I requested new sheets, but they never arrived. I then went to the lobby and asked for a refund because the room was not clean. The staff put me in another room, which had mold all over the table and was also dirty. I felt uncomfortable there, so I checked out two hours into my stay. The property definitely needs an upgrade. "

"Amazing hotel with brilliant staff. Kids loved it, especially meeting the loony toon characters. Took one star off for the food - it wasn’t great (things didn’t taste that good and most of the buffet at dinner time was only luke warm). Breakfast was good though. The staff in the restaurant were amazing! So even though the food wasn’t that good, we still had a great time - which is all due to the lovely staff"
