We had the best time. We travelled with our two kids and the kids club was so clean and modern. The staff were so friendly and the property was stunning and well located. The breakfast service was so well organised and the selection was wide. There were plently of spaces on the beach and we managed to spot a wild dolphin.

Poor start but ended ok.
First, they didn’t even know about the platinum membership perks even tho they are a VIP hotel. We didn’t get a room upgrade which is ok but the room we did have had some issue. First the duvet had stains so we asked if they could change it. They did change it but left the first blanket in the room. The coffee mugs were also first so we needed them changed. Finally the tv wasn’t working so we needed someone to come and get it working. The manager did accommodate us for a free brunch which definitely helped improve our stay and overall the staff was nice. Just hate to see those kinds of issues for a 5 star hotel.
