"i was upgraded to better room with amazing views and i really enjoyed it! it was an unexpected surprise! staff was amazing. housekeeping left my room impeccable every time. everyone very friendly. the staff even knew my coffee order and served it as soon as i came in for breakfast. after having breakfast at hotel on my last day, the cook and staff came to say farewell, and felt very grateful for that. they made my stay wonderful and went above and beyond for me. definitely 5 star experience. definitely recommend for families and solo travelers"

"We had an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay at Emirates Palace! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional. A special thank you to Olga for making our stay and my husband’s birthday so memorable. The beautiful birthday cake and balloons were such a thoughtful surprise for him and made the celebration even more special. 🎂🎈❤️ We also had an early check-in and were able to enjoy the hotel’s amazing facilities beyond both our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was perfect — the beautiful surroundings, outstanding facilities, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality. We truly felt cared for and appreciated throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire Emirates Palace team for creating such wonderful memories for us. We absolutely loved our experience and look forward to coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Conrad Abu Dhabi. The rooms were enormous, very comfortable and just had that feeling of having plenty of space to properly relax. I have to give a special mention to the pillows ,absolutely loved them! My head just sank right in and I slept incredibly well. Breakfast was easily 150%. The variety was impressive and genuinely covered different cultures and tastes, so there was always something new with plenty of flavour. I definitely ate much more than I normally would… whether that’s a good or bad thing, I’ll leave that open! 😄 The Observation Deck was the icing on the cake. Being 70+ floors up and getting a 360° view across Abu Dhabi was quite something, I could see as far as my eyes, and the binoculars, would allow. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely use the Conrad again on my next trip to Abu Dhabi, unless I decide to try somewhere else purely for comparison! Uzo"
