"The room as soon as we entered smelled terrible like rotting food We asked front desk to check it out, they said they changed the fridge and aired it out but the smell was there the entire trip. Wasn’t cleaned properly they placed the used cup upside down to show that it was clean The staff was nice And breakfast was decent"

"the hotel is beautiful and clean. it is not easy to navigate with kids though. the lobby is on the 10th floor which was not clear ahead of time. the pool was also beautiful, but it was very crowded. the car unloading and parking situation was really bad."

"It was an older hotel, that was very close to the metro. It had a decent pool but limited to 10 ppl at a time and the Sauna wasnt working. The a/c wasn’t on in the hallways or the hot box elevator that was super slow."

"The hotel staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The view from our room was to a back alley with the neighbouring property trash everywhere. Skewed the overall feeling of cleanliness of the hotel stay. Bedding from the pull out couch were all torn up. Other than that it is a great location. Close to the train station and great restaurants."

"I don't care if I hear a "sorry you had a bad experience" The hotel pictures do not accurately describe what you are getting. My son took a picture because it looked like a truck stop hotel. There were huge black flies all over the room, the soap dispensers were all empty, there was a Dorito chip on the bathroom floor on the dirty black grout. The sheets were damp and overall just looked filthy. We got in at 11pm. I phoned the front desk and asked how we could be helped and was told there was no...
