"Only a one night stay, but this hotel is a well-oiled machine. From their responsiveness, to the airport shuttle to the room cleanliness, to the pizza we enjoyed in the on-site restaurant, they exceeded the our expectations. Not fancy, but everything we needed for a quick stay with our family of 5."

"We appreciated the shuttle van back and forth from the airport for only 5 euros per person. The room was very quiet and comfortable. There was a bar and coffee machine in the lobby and fresh cold filtered water machine on each floor. The breakfast buffet was huge for only 12 euros per person and they prepared your coffee as you requested. I had delicious caffe latte."

"The location was perfect. Right on the lake and close to shops and restaurants as well as access to the boats for visit to the Borromean islands. The pool was right on the lake. I didn’t see any other hotel that had that nice feature. There is also an adult only rooftop pool that is warm.Breakfast was delicious. However, the beds and pillows were quite hard."
