"This house was great for my small family! It was very clean and the beds were great! "

"The property was nice, its a mile from the beach and about 8 miles from town, the pool was great. The only complaint I had was unlike most Airbnbs they only had 5 bath towels and no beach towels and no extras and we had 6 ppl. There was no coffee for the coffee maker and no spices in the cabinet. It was a big deal for us we just went out and bought stuff. But for ppl booking it would be nice to know you need to bring you own stuff. "Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. "The overall stay was excellent! The grounds were spotless and attention to detail out the park. My only reason I gave “comfort” less is we stayed 3 days. Only 2 towels and One kitchen towel. Which would have been ok, but no washer or dryer (which we knew going in) but the towel situation, a bit disappointing. "

"We had a great week at this little house! The rooms were all a good size. Full kitchen and clean. The location was perfect and not too far from the beach. Very private and felt safe. Our favorite part was the courtyard. The outdoor area was very relaxing and it was nice to leave all our outdoor stuff there and not worry about it going anywhere. Pool was gated and pool was the perfect depth for the kids. We all had a great time here and hope we can stay again soon. "

"It is a wonderful house. My only complaint was the beds. The couch was more comfortable than the beds. Also the water pressure was not that great. The house does have everything that you could need though. Super clean. Very close to the jetty, and the beach. The locaton is awesome. "
