"The apartment was really nice, clean, modern and spacious for 4 of us. The air con was good and kept us cool and we got great WiFi signal. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with reduced mobility, our room did not have a balcony which we definitely missed. But you can probably be specific on your booking if you want one. "Property was very clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful. I needed toilet paper for my room and they said they couldn’t give me any. They ended up sending a housekeeper up with some but it’s just the point that it was like pulling teeth to get some. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Hotel bar needs a better payment system, lots of family member’s meals and drinks ended up on our tab. At one point our tab was on some random person’s room number which...

"We never received a confirmation from anyone (Expedia or the hotel) about the reservation so it was questionable whether we had a reservation. I attempted to call the hotel directly as instructed but because I did not get a confirmation reservation number the automated phone recipient hung up on me rudely. I attempted the two numbers posted only to get the same response. So it is a surprise to receive this email from Expedia about our experience on the check-in and on our stay. We are waiting...

"Schone, grote kamer. Fris en nieuw. Mooie badkamer. Eigen parkeerplek. Nadeel is dat we een kamer direct aan de drukke weg hadden (kamer 5). Hoewel er veel moeite is gedaan om het geluid te dempen, stoorde het langsrazende verkeer ons. De kamers aan de achterzijde hebben dit nadeel waarschijnlijk niet. Ontbijt had ook wat minpuntjes: lauwe koffie, geschifte yoghurtjes, zoutvaatjes verstopt. Waarschijnlijk waren de ontbijtzaken een momentopname maar toch goed om te laten weten."
