"Our 3-night stay at Sudima Kaikoura was initially off to a rocky start. "Initially our room bed wasn’t good but reception happily helped us to change the room. Operation manager was very nice and receptionist also understood the situation. Apart from the noise (obviously due to helicopters flying) everything was fine. Scenic hotel is upto my expectations due to such a great staff.
