"This is my second stay here. My first was in February 2026. On this stay I came back to my room (was given the exact same room as my last visit) and the temperature was 84 F/29/C.
My air conditioner was not working. When I stayed in February, it was working fine.
I reported this to the front desk. I was told that the A/C was not on yet for the season.
A young man brought up a fan. He said that the temperature in my room was “normal” for this time of year.
I asked if he was the manager, and he said YES (this was not true). He was rude and was not willing to make any accommodation.
The young lady at the front desk stated that they would find a solution in one hour. They did… My air conditioner was turned on and my room cooled down after several hours.
This is a great hotel and I would love to give it five stars, however, even on my February visit, the maids were still cleaning my room when I arrived.
I’m going to try this location one more time…it’s a really cute, clean hotel with friendly staff (except for that young man) and the location is perfect for layovers at Incheon.
Maybe the third visit will be better!"
