"I chose this hotel for three reasons, it was in the old town, it had a shuttle to the Canton fair, and the rooms had kitchens. I was staying for a long time and I wanted to be able to cook for myself. When I got to the room, it had a kitchen with a nice dishwasher, but nothing to cook with or eat with so there’s no point to they’re being a kitchen. It isn’t a nice location with an old town. "Nice hotel but was surprised there was no English speaking staff available given it was Canton Fair and there were many foreigners staying at the hotel. Rooms are large and clean, good views, breakfast was good and lots of variety available"

"Breakfast never had any meat, but was always fresh. Rooms were clean and maintained, but very dim in the room and the bathroom. Overall, great staff and great location if you’re going to the Canton Fair"

"Novotel has a bright atmosphere that positively welcomes tired travellers in transit . The shuttle bus is a plus which drops the passengers 10 min to the hotel. All in , Novotel is a good deal."

"A great hotel in a very convenient location- incredibly central. Their WiFi did not support my VPN which was a bit frustrating and the signal for my eSIM was not great inside the building which made using my phone a bit slow. Would stay again!"
