"The room itself was very nice and comfortable. It offered a nice kitchenette and closet space. The rooms didn't get cleaned daily though. When asked by the staff about cleaning the room, we were told that the rooms get refreshed every two days. Ours didn't get refreshed until the third day. Also they charged a deposit for incidentals, and tell you that it is returned to you within 5 to 7 days but upon check out we discovered that we were actually charged $10 per day for parking that will not be refunded and it was not disclosed prior."

"I really liked that the room had a balcony and that the pool had a lazy river. We were right on the beach which was very convenient. The breakfast was great as well. We ate at the hotels restaurant and at the cafe near the pool both were really good."

"The view from the bedroom was magnificent. The rooms were very clean and the staff allowed us to check in before 4pm For a longer staying, more storage would be helpful and maybe a bistro table to have your coffee. The short walk to the beach and the parking available on both sides of the hotel were awesome."

"Mi habitación estaba limpia ,incluyendo sábanas y toallas ,es un hotel viejo y poco atendido en su exterior principalmente, merece una pintura ,más mantenimiento en las escaleras y preocuparse por los sistemas contra incendio q no existen ,están las estaciones vacias y la del ultimo piso sin cristal ,,por lo demás nada q decir ,repito ,mi habitación estaba bien para el tipo de hotel q es."

"We usually stay at the Sandpiper when visiting PCB, it’s so convenient & usually chill, perfect for what we are wanting in a getaway. When first checked in our room was not up to standards. Supposed to be non smoking room, & given all the essentials that come with. Our room had no linens, no shower curtain, & smelled like cigarette smoke & weed. We let them know & we were quickly given an upgarde room & given the true experience we normally get when at the Sandpiper. Thankful to the workers for accommodating & helping us enjoy our stay."
