"Good in the restaurant was excellent! Our room smelled like mildew. Our son’s families room was fine. So our room was apparently an isolated incident. We did report it to staff at checkout Overall property was in excellent condition"

"On arrival I was told I had to pay an additional $15 per day because the hotel claimed they were a resort. RESORT? They were a hotel with a small pool outside. No different than any other hotel in that vicinity. It was explained to me that everybody that stays has to pay for the amenity for the upkeep of the pool. The front desk personal advised me of the incidental deposit and quickly told me about the resort (?) fees. Expedia usually tell you your price with taxes and fees included...

"The staff was a bit divided as far as how they treated us as their guest. The lady whom checked us is was very nice untill the next time we tried to check in . She told us we was placed on the do not rent to list because we didn't leave the room till 1:30 the previous stay however I specifically asked for later check out . They also didn't knock on the door or call the room untill then so we didn't know they didn't charge us for the late check out untill then. The young lady that worked not the...

"The breakfast was good but it wasn’t enough for the property. When asked the staff about bringing some more let’s just say she was not helpful. So we left and went to breakfast at a restaurant"

"Sheets had hair and sand all in them. Stains. I don’t believe they were new sheets as they had no rooms at 4:30 for check in. Floor wasn’t clean. Sand all over the counters. Trash under the bed. When I asked staff I was given two sets of sheets to change myself. I’ve contacted the hotel and Expedia did too and no response."

"The Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast (waffles, egg patty, toast, muffins, yogurt, apple and orange juice) could’ve been a little better but it was edible. Room and hallway had a weird smell, clean if that makes sense. Pool walls looked like it wasn’t clean so I didn’t get in but other guests did. Other than that it’s pleasant for the price. And… they charged my card for the first night before we even got on the road!!"

"Traveled here with my family. Beautiful beach view with a balcony. Lots of cute stores and restaurants nearby. Loved the Pier walk. Nice restaurant and cafe inside the hotel . Staff is very friendly, had a small issue which was handled professionally and efficiently."

Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...
