"The property had a great location. The beach access, pool, and water amenities were 10/10. A touch of class having a welcome placard with my name, complimentary tote bag, and his/her flip flops. Dinner menu was 7/10. Breakfast 4/10. The driver who picked us up from the airport and the check-in staff were not very friendly. The room valet and bar staff were great, very personable. The property lost power several times during our stay. The power was restored in under 5 minutes each time but...
