"Par où commencer … La maison est très belle ! Par contre, le propreté n’y est pas du tout pour une chambre qu’on a payé 290$ la nuit, je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie pour des prix pareil. Le parquet grince très fort (sympa la nuit). Nous n’avions pas de salle de bain dans la chambre (donc faites attention quand vous réservez car ce n’est pas clair du tout). Le petit déjeuner, vous avez que deux choix, Et le café n’était pas terrible. Par contre l’accueil à notre arrivé était...

"Most of our stay was enjoyable; however, the breakfast items were somewhat sub-standard (Cold muffins, hot dogs instead of breakfast sausages, two-item fruit salad) The room was clean and comfortable. Entranceways from Princess Street need to be fixed, as there are many potholes."

"Excellent breakfast; nice pool and hot tub. we arrived early and we were able to check-in early. lots of shopping and restaurants close by. parking was a little scarce but that was due to many workers trucks and large vehicles that took up multiple spots, nothing that the hotel could have expected. "Rooms are disgusting. Dirty, smelly, poorly lighten. This hotel is poor kept and poorly managed. One employee was the only saving grace. Polite, compassionate and empathetic. I have not heard back from management. They $260 + a night not sure for what. They need to update their pictures on your website. "

"The waterslide was great, we just wished the pool area for swimming had been bigger. We requested adjoining rooms and thankfully our request was able to be accommodated. Overall we had a great time."
