"First time being here we did enjoy it but there were a couple of discrepancies. The first thing we noticed was the carpet is outdated then there some small stains on the mirror it appeared to be worn out kind of stains, then there was the water in the tub that had a yellow tinge in color, and then the ac in the room didn’t fully reach into the bedroom it was really cold in dining room and kitchen but not as cold in the bedroom, also the thermostat was a turn dial. Overall a 3 star room itself. The hotel itself was beautiful the pool was a bit smaller than i expected. Staff was friendly at first with the exception of a couple of them not as attentive in the end. Tiki bar was great and staff there was amazing and really treated me like they knew me. Noise level was low thankfully. Parking there is a bit inconvenient in my opinion because the self parking area is small and only on one side of the property, and not great if you do find a space to park far away, i didn’t try valet but I’m assuming you would have to if there weren’t anymore self parking spots available. Location of the hotel is great, and because of that we are considering returning."
