"Great views, very close to old town bars and restaurants and beaches"

"What an absolutely amazing place. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the Island and didn’t want to leave. However we did have a mess up at check in which I think the hotel could have handled differently. We checked in ( after the stated check in time ) and were given our room but when we got to the room it was already occupied. We were told by reception to take a seat and they would look for another room. The hotel was obviously not full but we were kept waiting for about 2 hours....

"Pros: Excellent location close to a beach, transport into Old Town, nearby restaurants, friendly staff, clean room, well maintained spa and good options at breakfast. Cons: Dates decor in room, noisy building work ongoing currently and some parts of breakfast could have tasted a little nicer (eggs and beans). Overall an enjoyable stay and we would stay there again. "

"I have spent 4 days in this amazing hotel and it was absolutely perfect! The breakfast is delicious and there is a lot of variety. The rooms are big and we had the spacious room with a sea view. The beds are so comfortable and the amazing team makes sure that you have everything you need. The view is stunning! The lovely team helps with whatever you need and does it with a smile. "Extremely disappointed wit the Penthouse Suite. While spacious it was like we were staying in an attic. I am 6' 3" tall and spent my whole time lowering my head to avoid hitting the beams which unforunately I did at least 4 times. This room is totally unsuitable for anyone ovwer 5' 9" tall.and for the money we paid, extremely lacking."
