"Absolutely terrible. Booked this for our anniversary trip, the location was great super close to town. We did get a email after booking there was construction going on which is understandable but the amount of construction the entire place should have been closed. There was drywall dust everywhere no one bothered cleaning it. The firealarm went off continuously front staff said just ignore it. One of the staff the family was running around screaming at night. Heard them telling their family not to drink the water because it was nasty. (So it’s okay for guests?) The room was filthy. For $200 plus a night I expect clean sheets at least. The room had broken furniture, mold on the ceilings. Dirty lampshades and bathroom. I heard the staff complaining about the owners multiple times, I would never recommend staying here to anyone. "

"Room was clean but smelled strongly of bleach. We turned the bathroom fan on for several hours and it helped. Grounds are well kept. "

"Location is fantastic, within walking distance of downtown. The shower in the front did not drain well but overall the place was nice! "
