The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out. We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel."

"Great location close to shops, supermarket, cafes and harbour and not nearly as hilly as Torshavn. Very comfortable bed, good sized room (we paid extra for larger room) small but adequate bathroom. Amazing harbour views. Mini fridge in room was useful. Coffee maker with 2 free capsules, 1 teabag. 2 glasses but no cups, no spoon, no milk or sugar.
