"Staff were very helpful. We chose to not eat breakfast because we were leaving so early. But they offered coffee to go. So nice.
Will plan on staying there again. Convenient to airport.

"Booked and paid for a room. On the day of booking when I arrived at 8:30 pm, staff informed me that they had no vacancy and they overbooked my room to another client.
They said they arranged for a friends hotel to stay at with similar amenities instead.
The alternate hotel was cheaper, but I didn’t get reimbursement. They were happy to keep the extra money between the room costs.
