"I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel management regarding billing and customer service. My confirmed reservation rate through Expedia was $1,643.04. However, upon check-in, the hotel charged me $1,866.33 instead.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, instead of trying to resolve the matter professionally, I was told that “this is our hotel, not an Expedia hotel,” and that they could “charge whatever they want.” I found this response extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a customer, I expected transparency, honesty, and respect for the confirmed booking rate. Unfortunately, the management showed no willingness to assist or honor the agreed-upon price. This experience left me very frustrated and dissatisfied.
I would strongly advise future guests to carefully review all charges and be cautious when booking through third-party platforms, as the hotel may not honor the confirmed reservation rate"
