Staff were amazing, polite and very friendly.
Food tasted good, but chefs need to learn texture, not to overcook and what works well on a beach resort.
One little grumble. I organized boat transfer with them. Because they decided to drop off a couple at Mala island first(opposite direction to airport), I missed my check-in!

This resort is great for relaxation. Everything is done for you, the staff are thoughtful and the service was good. The spa was amazing. We spent 3 nights here and it was the perfect length stay. The accommodation was breathtaking. The only shame was you could only get cocktails during happy hour.

Firstly, it’s worth arriving on helicopter, worth every penny. The bures are really big and a blend of tradition and modern. Worth going for the deluxe or overwater bures. The staff are the best, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The beaches are a bit disappointing. Not very clean as the tide comes in quite high and leaves debris. Snorkelling close to the resort is just as good as going out into the sea. The food is the best we have had in any hotel around the world and I have been to...

Excellent hotel, right on the beach. It has a lot of facilities including free water sports (non motorised). The food was great. There was so much on offer for the breakfast buffet you could fill yourself up for most of the day. And the staff were lovely and very helpful. The setting of the hotel was just stunning. We had a great stay and would recommend.

The Nakelo Resort was absolutely fantastic and surprised us with so many things to do. From going on a daily boat trip to feed the fish and snorkel, to daily activities like cocktail making and feeding turtles to mini golf and tepanyaki it was the perfect place to stay with little ones. We had an amazing time and all the staff were super friendly and hospitable

Overall great value, very attentive and accommodating staff, and exceptional food for the type of resort it was. Full board option included full menu choice for breakfast (full English or equivalent), two course lunch menu, three course dinner menu. They will run any trip that you would like to do at any time.
