"1. There is no host: the host in contact from the Expedia booking hands off when you get to the apartment, now all your concerns and communication are to be handled by the apartment concierge which is a differwnt company, while the host fades i to the shadows.
2. Listing is not accurate: No hair dryer
No shampoo
No soap
No kitchen island
No desk, no laptop workspace (except the wardrobe extension is expected to double as a desk or ironing board in which case there is also no electrical outlet...

"The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait. Also there were hidden nightly fees so make sure to read the fine print before booking."
