"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"We liked the fact it was available on a holiday weekend, staff let us check in earlier. It wasn’t the cleanest room. Old looking not updated. Our bathroom sink was left with hair and it was dirty . There was a dirty towel left on the floor. Pretty gross . The bathroom door looked like in the back that someone tried to break it down. It was cracked and it didn’t close right. No refrigerator in the rooms . Towels they left didn’t seem clean. The soap they provided was pretty lame. All snd all the...
