"The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. We were not able to use the tv since it required WiFi. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when we wanted to wind down for the night and watch something before bed. "Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...
