"Nice overall hotel, but the service and the food was not as nice as I have experienced at other 5star hotels. For a family experience it’s nice overall because you do get park access and characters coming for pictures but I would say that it falls short of a 5star experience for me."

"I checked in on short notice because of an unscheduled layover. The staff was so nice. In the morning I was having breakfast on the terrace and had a great veiw of bombs being intercepted, it was so cool! Great stay!"

The restaurants were lovely with good quality food - although not stunning and a little expensive (coming from Britain). We had a standard double room with two extra beds and there was still room to move around. The pool was surprisingly small, but when we visited in February it wasn't crowded, the kids...

"The property was in excellent condition. However, we didn’t have hot water and duvet until our last day. It took so much effort to get the hot water and a duvet. It was very cold. We were so cold for two days and layered ourselves with clothes in the night and we became sick. Everything improved when we spoke to a personal from Silkhaus. I think his name was Bosco."
