Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang

"The view from our room was amazing, loved it. This is a very busy hotel and a crowded, noisy entrance/reception. Being a high rise with 6 or so elevators they can be crowded and take a while with a lot of stops. There is a sailing club across the road on the beach that plays very loud music late into the night/morning which affected us as we were at the beachfront side of the hotel. The staff were great and when we talked to reception about the sailing club noise, they did give us an option to move rooms. There were not many Australians that we noticed at this hotel. The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of variety, although level 4 dining room was small and we only got a seat there once due to crowding and that was early, so we went to level 5 which was bigger. We loved the location of the hotel, right across from the beach but it was disappointing with the lack of beach beds and umbrellas the hotel has in relation to the amount of customers. The staff working at the beach were always helpful as were the room cleaning staff. Room was a good size, comfortable bed with a decent bathroom. Shops and restaurants all around."

"Our stay at this resort room 2601 was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made our family vacation truly special. I would like to give a special thank you to Song Huong for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. She took wonderful care of my family throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Her attention to detail and warm personality made a big difference and created a memorable experience for us. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything was well maintained, and the resort provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future."

"Upon arrival, staff were very attentive, friendly and gave us a full run down on the resort and activities. The farm was a lovely touch for families and very well maintained and clean. Our daughter loved visiting the animals and feeding them. Rooms were more than decent in size, spacious, clean and had a nespresso machine. Fruits were complimentary and plenty of water was provided to keep us hydrated. Amenities were well thought out. The beach and pools were well kept, clean and again staff kept us hydrated on the beach and swimming pool. Complimentary massages/facials and yoga sessions were amazing - Views at the Fresh restaurant was calming and beautiful, food was good, breakfast had a good variety. Airport transfer was efficient and comfortable. We will be back!"
