"We had an excellent experience at this hotel! The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and made it easy for us to plan our trip. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of many landmarks and famous local restaurants. You can take the bus H31 directly from Taiwan High Speed Rail Tainan Station to the Xiaoximen station and walk just 5 minutes to the hotel. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The pillows were very uncomfortable and not very supportive for my neck. The bathroom was spacious but the water slowly drained in the shower, which was a bit frustrating. I wish they would separate the shower and the toilet. On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was fantastic! They even had some local famous dishes that we enjoyed. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others."
