"The grass should be cut. The gutters are in very poor condition. There is an outside area but they have vacuum, kayaks etc and very dirty. The room was clean but smelled musty probably from the carpet and very old furniture. The owner was pleasant."

"It was ok. For the amount of money I paid, I would like to have been wow'd more. Ya it was riverfront, but not in an exciting way. The front of the hotel looks horrible, like a cheap motel on a disused two-lane in a crappy town, the back look better! The pool was ok, kinda small. The pics make it look like a party place, but, meh, ya, maybe. They tried to hit me up for a parking rate, I said, "seriously, you're charging me for parking too?" They waived it.
