"The location is ideal if you want to explore Chicago’s downtown but the rooms do not have acoustic insulation and noise passes through the rooms and from the outside. The bathroom’s fixtures are old and are not well maintained. Also the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned the day we checked in and trash from the previous guest was still there."

"Kimberly and Chashona were so nice, friendly and helpful the entire stay. The hotel room was nice except for the pillows which had no support at all and needed to be upgraded. The staff were able to get my room ready earlier than 3pm as I had an engagement scheduled downtown @ 4pm. I was able to check in early and get to my appointment on time. My only issue was that after check in my room was never cleaned by housekeeping..I had to seek them out for clean towels. My bed never got made nor...
