"It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle."

"We just stayed for 5 nights, there was 5 of us. It was a perfect size for all of us. Simple kitchen amenities but all we needed to get by. Staff were fantastic , and our room had only been freshly painted and carpeted 2 weeks prior. Very Clean and tidy. The only thing I think could be handy is some flyers for activities and info around buses, as we needed support for my mother who was unable to walk to town. Great little affordable accommodation"

When a person is traveling, regardless of the purpose or duration of the travel, these people are away from their own lives, homes, comfort zones, friends, family, etc. Therefore, these travelers need and want a place to stay that is so wonderfully cozy and peaceful, so they can relax, destress, unwind, and feel right at home! (Even if they are thousands and thousands of miles away from home), and this place hit the nail on the head,"

"The location was excellent being walking distance to main downtown areas. However, the room was not as clean as we had hoped for. We found a beanie under the couch, there were moth balls on the ceilings, and our heater wasn’t working the first night. Overall, customer service was good but we were just a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness."

"The Heartland is being renovated so from the outside it looks a little worn but the room was amazing with beautiful views across the lake . The room was spacious and heating was spot on. Would definitely stay here again"
