Last day asking a male receptionist for late checkout, only be allowed 30 minutes for 1 room whereas I booked in total 3 rooms. Although we checked out almost at 1pm due to waiting for porters. Worst part, after going home, the hotel staff called me for payment which they forgot to charge when I checked in untill checked out (I thought...
