"One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel."

"Water was cold and leaking from the bathroom out in the common area all the way out the front door and down the front balcony. The night staff was no help. The morning staff came in as we were getting ready and then was mad because we asked him to come back later as they were trying to fix things as we were in the middle of changing.
