"Mon séjour de deux nuits à Baracoa s'est déroulé dans une casa particular tenue par un jeune couple très sympathique. Leur habitation est très bien entretenue. Il faut les soutenir car leur rôle d'hôtes les rend très anxieux. Le paiement de ma réservation via Hôtels.com semble avoir posé problème."

Morgens hat er uns das Frühstück gezaubert. Das ist mit den Engpässen in der Versorgung auf Cuba nicht selbstverständlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Wir haben in Baracoa Freunde gefunden. Wer mit falschen Erwartungen nach Cuba reist, sollte sich vorher über das Land informieren. Für uns war...

"NO TRABAJAN CON EXTRANJEROS, SOLO CON TURISMO CUBANO. SE HAN DADO DE BAJA DEL PORTAL PERO SIGUEN APARECIENDO. Reservamos con ellos y al llegar nos comentaron que no nos podían acoger. Nos ayudaron a encontrar otra habitación, fuimos a "CASA RAQUEL" en la calle Malecón #63B y nos atendió súper bien. Lourdes y su marido nos ayudaron para que Expedia nos reembolsara la habitación."

"Second night we stayed we returned at 11.30 to find that we were locked out. We had been told to just ring the bell. We rang the bell and knocked on the door for 10 minutes. Eventually a neighbour we had woken up with our banging on the door came to investigate. He phoned the concierge. She heard the phone (not the bell ringing/nor the knocking!)and opened the door. Our guide quizzed her the next day, she had fallen asleep! We were the only gusts that night. Poor service."
