"Our stay in this resort was the most horrific experience for my family. Filthy and smelly resort all over! Our room in the old tower was extremely hot and humid. around the middle of the 1 week stay we started noticing mold on the walls and mold ON OUR LUGGAGE! our clothes became filthy. So many of this resort facilities were smelly. Like the air conditioning is in terrible condition. We complained and all they did was (the AC technician) came and lowered the AC by 0.5 degree, and said it was...

"This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time staying at an all inclusive, and it was such a hit! The moment we arrived we were taken care of and everything was so smooth.
Some highlights:
- The room was large and the bed was very comfortable, and had a stocked mini fridge. Hot running shower and room service was good and fast.
- staff were unbelievably helpful and so attentive everywhere on the property, especially at the many restaurants!
- food: most of the food was delicious, our favorites...
