The staff was excellent. The food was also very good. Nice for families at the big pool and quiet for the adults at the roof top pool. Looking forward to going back.

We had planned on going off site for dinners. We ended up just staying on the resort and going to their restaurant. We had a delightful, relaxing time there with everything we needed right there!

We come here 2 to 3 times a year . Theres alot that has changed and not for the good. The restaurant we went to half cracked was full with not enough servers we had to wait over a hour and the restaurant didn't have half of what we ordered. Then we booked a cabana our server was horrible and we didn't get all the amenities the cabana came with. Not happy with this visit. We had issues with the AC in the room and the safe and phones were not working. We will see if we return.

We stayed for three nights, and the experience was wonderful! I highly recommend this resort. We had a great stay.

The garbage disposal and the phone in our room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone the first day and could never get through. I called several times throughout our day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. All of the staff seemed overworked and very tired and as a result grumpy. The only person that stands out to me as a great example of customer service is their valet team.

Beautiful hotel - clean room, amenities including pools, food hall/court, gift shops on site. Ambiance was amazing!!! Would return. Only complaint is bathrooms need garbage cans in the Suites, as it is a hassle to have to walk to kitchen to dispose trash. Also, the breakfast package on Expedia site is not honored at the resort. Don’t bother selecting the breakfast package.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly during check-in, had gold cart transportation to our villa and back to the main building. The walk back and forth was beautiful along the water and only took about 3 min each way. We arrived late in the day and the restaurants were closing but the staff let us eat before close, they didn't have to but was very much appreciated! Food was amazing at the restaurants and the food court was also just as amazing. Room was beautiful with a beautiful view, balcony and super clean! Will definitely stay again and definitely recommend to stay here!

Este hotel desde la primera vez nos gustó mucho las habitaciones súper cómodas y limpias o verdad el personal de limpieza hace muy bien su trabajo Pero el área de la piscina el personal es poco siento que trabajan sobre cargados lo que los hace ser poco agradables y no dan a basto Ahora el personal de las cafeterías es un desastre esta última vez que fui con mi familia a pasar el fin de semana quisimos disfrutar de la comida china y la chica que nos atendió fue hasta grosera
