"This was an amazing property - extremely well located. Within easy walking of the waterfront (cruise pier), and several major attractions such as the Roman theater. The property itself is amazing. The lobby area is very nice and comfortable. Elevators are a nice size and pretty fast. The room we had had a nice queen size bed, a very efficient bathroom with a walk-in shower. "The hotel was clean and quiet. Close to the airport. A perfect stay for the one night I was there before my flight. The staff was lovely and accommodating, calling my taxi to the airport at 5am, and even opened the complimentary breakfast for me so I could have some food and espresso before my long day of travelling. I’m so grateful! "

"This hotel is located in the center of Grado near the grand canal. It is very close to dozens of restaurants and shops and 10 min walk to 2 public beaches. Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (typical Italian fare). Parking, albeit limited and tight, is available in a secure area accessible from the hotel’s lobby. Recommend getting a junior suite; the less expensive rooms are very small. "

When we got the restaurant bill, we were not changed for the salad my wife only partially ate as she wasn’t very hungry, I asked them to add the cost back. Instead they deducted it again !
