"The property is new and very clean. The amenities are nice. Simone was super friendly and helped us with many questions. Honestly, the rest of the staff, not so much. The area is nice for walking around despite the busy traffic. Everything closes at 8 except fine restaurants that you need a reservation for. Highly recommend the hotel but don’t think we’ll return Genoa."

"Breakfast is amazing! Staff was great. Andre at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations and booking dinner reservations. We were a family of 8 with 3 rooms. The hotel is in a great location to shops, dining and transportation. Highly recommend staying here. "

The location was perfectly located right in the city & close to many places for eating, getting a drink, shopping or just walking the city and exploring all the charm of Genoa! Simona was the sweetest and so helpful with offering great sites to see & places to eat/drink. "Don’t be put off by the outside. The B&B is on the 4th floor, Suite 9. Once you enter it is very clean and comfy. The young lady, Beatrice, who came to clean and assist visitors could not have been more helpful or pleasant! This is a diamond in the rough. A good deal."

"Avevo prenotato tempo fa una camera doppia superior e ora, confrontando la camera che mi è stata assegnata durante il soggiorno, sembra più una economy /basic con un bagno piccolissimo, non troppo pulito e parecchio trascurato. Anche nella stanza c'era dello sporco negli angoli. Avevo prenotato anche la colazione ma non avevo nessuna mail di conferma dove c'era scritto e in reception mi hanno detto che dal sito Expedia non si capisce se la colazione è inclusa. Visto che non lo potevo...

"Ottimo soggiorno! Il personale si è dimostrato fin da subito estremamente gentile, cortese e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. La camera era nuova e molto pulita, curata nei dettagli; forse un po’ piccola, ma comunque funzionale e confortevole. Nel complesso un’esperienza molto positiva, che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca accoglienza e professionalità."
