The staff was amazing and attentive (especially Hamid and Kevin), the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible, the bedding was great, and the grounds made you feel like you were on a retreat. We loved the intimate feel and getting to know the staff. We were sad to leave but look forward to the opportunity to return!"

The layout of the room was ideal and spacious and I liked the addition of Tv and access to Netflix. Hotel Natura’s location is perfectly placed and only a short 10 minute walk to town but with restaurants and a shop 2 minutes away in the other direction. "We could not have picked a better place to stay. It was adjacent to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve--we would just walk down the road for 5 minutes to get there. And the shuttle returning people from the Park to the parking lot passed right by the hotel and would always drop us off at the front, saving us the walk back. Breakfast was super, staff was so friendly and service so good. They had a sign board in reception listing all the activities in the area, such as horseback riding, zip...
