"Stay was during May-25 at the Akohara retreat in Ubud. On arrival greeted by staff with flower garland, drinks and local traditional dance. This is definitely a couples retreat. Our room was six levels down a mountain, some 405 steps down. We used the inclinator elevator to travel between our room and main pool and restaurant. Breakfast was bought to the terrace each morning and was lovely and fresh. The staff were so welcoming and polite, would definitely recommend staying at this lovely place. "
