"Quaint old hotel downtown, very quiet, easy to find and park, friendly staff"

"Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht. Er was geen personeel wat engels sprak. Wij hadden iedere keer bij de receptie een bewaker zitten die helemaal niet verstond. Ander personeel niet gezien. Ontbijt was slecht en hadden geen keuze gekregen de avond ervoor dus kregen volgende ochtend zomaar wat. Omdat we dag daarop vroeg weg gingen had onze chauffeur om een ontbijtpakket gevraagd maar deze was er niet die ochtend en verder ook helemaal geen personeel te vinden behalve de...

"Menginap dalam rangka pekerjaan dalam kondisi marak adanya covid 19 ...sdh diantisipasi dg penyediaan cairan disinfectan di resepsionis. Sambutan baik, layanan familiar, kebersihan kamar ok, kenyaman lumayan karena ada kucing yang berkeliaran di depan kamar menumpahkan tempat sampah. "

"Von außen sieht das ganze ja ganz nett aus, von innen allerdings fürchterlich. Auf dem Gang zum Zimmer waren riesige Schmutz-Fleicken am Boden, im Zimmer roch es stark nach kalten Rauch, der Boden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt, die Toilette und die Dusche waren so dreckig das ich mich dort nicht duschen wollte. Das Personal sprach schlecht Englisch. Dieser Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen "

"Nicely situated a top a hill with nice mountain views however surrounded by abandon buildings under construction. Hotel lobby, restaurant and swimming pool are nice, rooms are bit dated, overall a satisfied short stay."

"Personnel de l hotel très agréable et réactif. Nous avons changé de chambre car celle ci était très bruyante à cause d'une fenêtre cassée et de la proximité de la rue. Environnement très bruyant ( réveil à 4h du matin tout les jours par les haut parleurs des 3 mosquées environnantes...). Restaurant moyen... "

"Dirty rooms, ants on the bed, gekko's in the room. Toiletpaper only when you ask it. Dirty spots on the bedsheets. Aluminiumfolie and a lot of leaves in the pool. "

"All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner."

"The service is very poor. Called front dedk once they will promised immediate attenfion but called again no answer and the service promised never come. "

"Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). The staff was nice. It had a wet bathroom. We did see ants looking for food - not a big problem if you are careful not to leave crumbs or open food around. We would stay there again -...

"Nice hotel, nice pool and great breakfast buffet. Spa services on site. Staff very helpful. ATM nearby. But if distance to some attractions but transportation cheap and hotel staff willing to help co-ordinate. Would recommend and would stay again if back in Malang."
