"The room was extremely small which isn't a big deal and although it looked clean at first, we saw the walls looked really dirty or stained & we kept finding long hair everywhere. The room was not kept up as in the floor was very worn with large dirty gaps which is definitely not a housekeeping issue. "While the property was very clean, the ROI was atrocious. I believe I paid $940 for two nights. There was no restaurant, there was no bar at the property. I heard people walking in the room above me with the floor board/ceiling squecking. The breakfast "buffet" was a joke. Finally, insult to injury was the fact that we also had to pay $20/night for the valet parking as the property also did not include self parking. The property was clean w/out a doubt. "I really like the Ardsley Acres. I had bee going to the Hilton Garden Inn in Dobbs Ferry but they started charging for parking. They did not offer a breakfast. I am feeling very comfortable at Ardsley Acres."
