"Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”. So we had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, take out our own trash daily and were initially charged for additional clean towels. This while being charged additional pet fees. "The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ok but they were under construction so they had limited items but overall a good place to stay."

"Such a welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Stayed only one night while in town for a wedding in early May. The room seemed to have some updates such as charging plugs on the sides of bed, and laminate flooring - cleaner than carpet. It was a nice stay!"
