" First of all, when I got there, they need to do something about their lines. I understand that pilots and flight attendants come in for a restful night, but please respect other people when they arrive as well. I am a paying customer and should be taken care of too. You don’t know if I just got off a flight and was trying to get somewhere as well. Other than that, I would like my funds back because the hotel was dirty and I had to switch rooms twice. When I did switch rooms, the room was okay, but I wiped off as much as I could myself. When I took a bath, the water would not go down the drain. I didn’t have time to stop at the front desk because I had to get back on my flight, so that’s why I’m sending this message so someone can reach out to me. This hotel represents itself as a good hotel, but there were too many coworkers standing in the hallway just looking at you. Please do not put me on a floor where your employees stay — it feels kind of weird and uncomfortable. I also feel like this hotel is under different management because it used to be different people who respected your boundaries and the hotel used to smell fresh. The pool was out, things were everywhere, and if you want people to book with you, you should let customers know ahead of time that the pool and breakfast are not available. This experience was upsetting one star"

"The hotel staff was preoccupied by a person at the front desk that apparently was looking for something for a LONG time. They helped us but it was an awkward encounter."

"Didn't know there was an extra fee to pay when getting there after booking on Expedia. Got to the room and it smelled. No door knob on the bathroom door. No extra linen. Noisey. Hot in the room air was set at 63. Paint coming off ceiling. Breakfast wasn't good. Water pressure was barely there. Oh and front desk came to our room asked about the door knob missing and walked away without explaining anything. Handed in keys in morning and was told thank you and have a good day. No receipt or anything. "

"Very family friendly. Lots of families having parties. Which was perfect because we were also having a party. Pool was very small but great for younger children. "

"We had to find a new place at the last minute and Comfort Suites was great, staff very helpful and the fitness center was one of the better hotel ones. The pool looked amazing but we didn't use it. The breakfast was quite good too, with lots of options. Rooms well done and super clean. Only complaint is that we had to return to the front desk several times because our keys had stopped working. "
